Meet Gergely Czukor, PhD

WinWin Leadership grows from the work of Gergely Czukor, PhD in Leadership Studies and director of the Organizational Psychology graduate program at Istanbul Bilgi University. For over a decade he has taught and researched one deceptively simple question: how do great leaders inspire their teams to feel genuinely motivated toward a shared goal? His answer is the Self-and-Follower Goal-Aware Leadership (SFGAL) model — the foundation of every tool, worksheet, and coaching conversation on this site. He teaches leadership to graduate students and working professionals alike, and brings that same warmth and rigour to everyone who uses WinWin Leadership.
